The Forums are moderated by mental health professionals, but the real support comes from connecting with one another. Crisis support If you, or someone you care for, is experiencing emotional distress, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14 at any time (24/7). You can also connect with a crisis supporter via the webchat at lifeline.org.au from 7pm to midnight AEDT every night. If you are in a situation that is harmful or life-threatening, call emergency services immediately on triple zero (000).
